If you're wondering how to get started working together, here's a clear breakdown of the process I follow for software development and technical writing projects:

1. Discovery & Initial Contact

Send an email to [email protected] with your project idea, goals, or request for a paid test project. I'll review your message and get back to you to schedule a discovery call.

During this call, we'll discuss your business objectives and technical requirements, clarify expectations and desired outcomes,and identify whether you need software development, technical writing, or both.

2. Proposal & Agreement

After our conversation, I'll send you a custom proposal that includes a clear breakdown of deliverables, timeline and development phases, and project cost and payment terms.

Once approved, we'll formalize the agreement with a contract, and kick things off with a brief onboarding session. We'll also define:

• Communication channels (Slack, email, Trello, etc.)
• Project tools (GitHub, Figma, Notion, etc.)
• Milestones and checkpoints

3. Development & Collaboration

Once the project starts, I'll begin working in sprints or structured phases. This typically includes planning and architecture (for software projects), development and iteration (with regular updates), and documentation and writing (for technical guides, tutorials, or system docs)

You'll get progress updates, and I'll check in frequently for feedback to make sure we're moving in the right direction. After launch, I remain available for feedback, revisions, or ongoing support.
